WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We have a free of charge and no hassle return /exchange policy for all items on our website. To qualify, returned items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Clothing articles must be returned in resalable condition to qualify as an approved return, which is; unworn and neatly folded, unsoiled, with original packaging and tags intact. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt of return item(s)

To return or exchange an item please contact us at service@finrayclothing.com to obtain a return label (and re-ship of replacement item(s) if an exchange) Please include the order number if known in your request. The return email will contain a printable return label attachment with instructions on the use of the label and the return process.
