Order Status

Shipping time for standard shipped orders usually takes 3-7 business days to receive. You will receive tracking confirmation by email at the time it is shipped.

Do you have a Catalog?

At this time we do not have a catalog that we can send, but all of our items are available online and updated on a regular basis.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery Information

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME FOR US DOMESTIC SHIPPING?

We offer free standard USPS shipping with a purchase of $99 or more. For orders totaling $98 and below, we charge a flat fee of $10 for our standard USPS shipping method. Our products are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Boise, Idaho.

In most cases orders received before 3pm EST M-F will be shipped same day, other times it can be up to 3 business days before they are shipped depending on time of year and fulfillment queue. Shipping time from Idaho to most states takes approximately 2-4 days depending on geography - thus the 3-7 days delivery time frame. 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICE?

We do not currently offer expedited service, but soon will be offering FedEx overnight and 2 day expedited service.

Returns & Exchange Information

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer free returns and exchanges but must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Clothing articles must be returned in resalable condition to qualify as an approved return, which is; unworn and neatly folded, unsoiled, with original packaging and tags intact. Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMANGED ITEMS

For damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support at service@finrayclothing.com for a return label and further information on an immediate re-shipping of a replacement item(s).
